Section 1-1-12 - Consolidated precinct.

1-1-12. Consolidated precinct.

As used in the Election Code [Chapter 1 NMSA 1978], "consolidated precinct" means the combination of two or more precincts pursuant to the provisions of Sections 1-3-4 and 1-6-21 NMSA 1978.
