52:11-20.4. Repeals 13. The following acts or parts thereof are repealed:
(a) Chapter 171, P.L.1950;
(b) Chapter 11, P.L.1952;
(c) Chapter 305, P.L.1953; and
(d) Section 22 of chapter 254, P.L.1954.
