- 46:21-1 - Recorded deeds or instruments as notice to subsequent judgment creditors, purchasers and mortgagees
- 46:21-2 - Deeds or instruments of record for six or more years notwithstanding absence of or defect in acknowledgments or proofs; effect as notice and evidence
- 46:21-3 - Recorded agreements for sale or purchase of real estate void as against subsequent judgment creditors, etc., unless sued on within specified times
- 46:21-4 - Records not removable from record offices where transcripts available
