40:63-78. When failure of notice not to invalidate proceedings The failure to give the notice of intention required by section 40:63-76 of this title shall not invalidate any such ordinance, or any joint contract made in pursuance thereof, provided the ordinance shall have been in all other respects regularly adopted by the governing body, or board having power to construct sewers and drains therein, of the municipality, by a majority vote thereof, and shall have been publicly advertised after adoption, as required by law.
