32:2-1 - Terms defined

32:2-1.  Terms defined
    As used in this chapter:

    a.   "Port authority"  means the Port of New York Authority created by the compact of April 30, 1921;

    b.   "District"  or  "port district"  means the Port of New York District created by the compact of April 30, 1921.
