Section 408:53 Revocation, Insurance Corporation.
The commissioner may, unless furnished with satisfactory evidence as provided in RSA 408:50 and RSA 408:52, or in case of violation of any provision of this chapter, or in any case of dishonest, deceitful, or fraudulent conduct on the part of any insurance corporation authorized to issue variable contracts in connection with the carrying on of the business, revoke such corporation's registration, and may, having reasonable cause to believe that such facts exist, suspend such corporation's registration until satisfied to the contrary.
