Section 394-A:11 Reciprocal Powers.
Any trust company or commercial bank may exercise every power, right, benefit and privilege conferred upon mutual savings banks and guaranty savings banks by RSA 394-A:4 pursuant to RSA 394-A:7 or otherwise conferred upon such savings banks; and any mutual savings bank or guaranty savings bank may likewise exercise every power, right, benefit or privilege conferred upon trust companies and commercial banks by RSA 394-A:6 pursuant to RSA 394-A:7 or otherwise conferred upon such trust companies and commercial banks. All such powers, rights, benefits and privileges are equally conferred upon associations. Any bank or association electing to exercise any such power, right, benefit or privilege shall give notice to the commissioner prior to exercising the same and shall comply with all rules of the commissioner relating thereto.
