Section 388:3 Hearing.

Upon such reference the commissioner or master shall promptly appoint a time and place of hearing for the purpose of finding whether the public convenience and advantage and the interest of said institutions, their members, stockholders and depositors, will be promoted by the proposed union. The commissioner or master shall give reasonable notice of such hearing to all parties who have appeared or their attorneys of record by certified mail. No other notice of the hearing shall be required.
