Section 422:39 Skyhaven Airport Maintenance and Operations Fund.
There is hereby established the Skyhaven airport maintenance and operations fund, which shall be nonlapsing and continually appropriated to the Pease development authority for the maintenance and operation of Skyhaven airport. All revenues from rental or lease of property and the sale of goods and services at Skyhaven airport shall be deposited into this fund.
