Section 347:5 Round Timber.
Unless the parties shall otherwise agree in writing the following shall be the rule for measuring round timber, where quantity is estimated by the thousand: a stick of timber 16 inches in diameter and 12 inches in length shall constitute one cubic foot, and the same ratio shall apply to any other size and quantity. Each cubic foot shall constitute 10 feet of a thousand.
