Section 328-D:11 Recordkeeping.
The board shall keep a record of its proceedings under this chapter and a register of all persons licensed under it. The register shall list the name, last known business address, and last known residence address of each living licensee, and the date and number of the license of each licensed physician assistant. The board shall maintain and publish a list of licensed physician assistants once a year.
