Section 325:10 Secretary, Duties.
The secretary of the board shall keep a record of all proceedings of the board, issue all notices and certificates and attest such papers and orders and perform such other duties as may be designated or directed by the board. He may employ a clerk and expend for such employment a sum determined by the board.
