Section 315:12 Neglect to Renew.
Any failure, neglect or refusal on the part of any person licensed by the board to renew his license as provided in RSA 315:11 shall cause the license to lapse. Licenses lapsed under this section shall not be restored except upon payment of a restoration fee as established by the board, which fee may include a charge for each year the license has been in lapsed status. Any licensee who allows his license to remain lapsed for more than 3 years shall not have his license restored unless the board determines that the licensee has demonstrated professional competence.
