Section 284:35 False Entry.

No person shall knowingly enter or cause to be entered for competition, or knowingly compete with, any horse or dog under any other than its true name, or out of its proper class, for any purse, prize, premium, stake or sweepstakes offered to the winner of a contest of speed.
