Section 284:20-f Background and Criminal Records Check.
I. Each applicant for a license pursuant to this chapter and rules adopted by the racing and charitable gaming commission shall submit to the commission with his or her license application a background and criminal record release authorization form provided or approved by the racing and charitable gaming commission.
II. Upon receipt of an applicant's background and criminal record information, the commission shall make a determination of eligibility for licensure.
