Section 259:119 Use.
""Use,'' as used in the provisions of this title relative to road tolls, shall mean, in addition to its original meaning, the receipt of special fuel by any user into his motor vehicle or into a receptacle from which special fuel is supplied by such user to his motor vehicle.
