Section 206:35-a Pheasant Stamp Revenues.
The state treasurer shall establish a separate account to which shall be credited all moneys collected by the fish and game department from issuance of pheasant stamps under RSA 214:9, X. The moneys in said account shall be used only for purchase or propagation of pheasants, and is hereby appropriated for said purposes. Said funds shall be expended for the purposes hereof as determined by the executive director with the approval of the commission. The moneys in said account shall be nonlapsing.
