Section 433-B:4 Fund.
All fees collected under this chapter shall be deposited in the ginseng regulation fund, which is hereby established in the office of the state treasurer. All moneys in the fund shall be nonlapsing and continually appropriated to the commissioner to pay the costs of administering this chapter.
