Section 168-B:4 Termination and Transfer of Parental Rights to Intended Parents.
Parental rights established under this subdivision shall be terminated and transferred to the intended parents or to the surrogate and her husband, if any, pursuant to RSA 168-B:16-27. This subdivision shall not be construed to apply to cases other than surrogacy.
