Section 125-G:6 Nuclear Waste Technical Review Council.
I. The nuclear waste technical review council is hereby created. The council shall exercise the powers and duties and discharge the responsibilities as provided in RSA 125-G:7.
II. The members of the council on resources and development established under RSA 162-C:1 shall comprise the membership of the nuclear waste technical review council.
