Section 125-G:12 State to Intervene.
In appropriate cases, the office, in consultation with the committee, shall request the state attorney general to institute or intervene in judicial proceedings to protect the state's interests, enforce the state's policy, and present the state's point of view on matters related to the long-term or temporary storage or permanent disposal of high-level radioactive waste.
