Section 110-B:47 Military Court.
The military courts of the national guard shall be courts of inquiry, general courts-martial, special courts-martial and summary courts-martial. Such courts shall be constituted like, and have cognizance of the same subjects and possess like powers except as to punishment as similar courts provided for by the laws and regulations governing the armed forces of the United States. The proceedings of courts-martial of the national guard shall follow the forms and modes of procedure prescribed for said similar courts except as expressly modified by this chapter.
