Section 4-C:7 Program Established.
The director shall establish a program of regional and municipal assistance within the office of energy and planning. This program shall coordinate state, regional, and local planning efforts with the goal of assuring delivery of efficient and effective assistance to local governments in areas related to growth management and resource protection.
