87.4312 - “Statement” defined.
87.4312 “Statement” defined. “Statement” means:
1. A statement of partnership authority under NRS 87.4327;
2. A statement of denial under NRS 87.4328;
3. A statement of dissociation under NRS 87.4349;
4. A statement of dissolution under NRS 87.4355; or
5. An amendment or cancellation of any of the statements set forth in subsections 1 to 4, inclusive.
