652.100  Fees; deposit in appropriate account; claims for expenses.

      1.  All applications for a license or renewal thereof must be accompanied by a reasonable fee in an amount prescribed by the Board. All fees must be paid to the Health Division and must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the appropriate account of the State Board of Health.

      2.  Claims for per diem and travel expenses and for other expenses of administration of this chapter must be paid as other claims against the State are paid.
