649.225  Issuance of certificate; notice of manager’s change of residence address.

      1.  The Commissioner shall issue a manager’s certificate to any applicant who meets the requirements of this chapter for the certificate.

      2.  Each manager holding a manager’s certificate issued pursuant to this chapter shall notify the Commissioner in writing of any change in his or her residence address within 10 days after the change.
