644.029 “Nail technologist” defined. “Nail technologist” means any person who, for compensation or by demonstration, engages in the practices of:
1. Care of another’s fingernails or toenails.
2. Beautification of another’s nails.
3. Extension of another’s nails.
4. Massaging of another’s hands, forearms, feet or lower legs.

NRS 644.0295 “Threading” defined. “Threading” means to remove superfluous hair from the body of a person by twisting thread around the hair and pulling it from the skin.
