637A.200 Expiration and renewal of licenses.
1. Licenses expire on June 30 next following the date of issuance.
2. A licensee may have his or her license renewed for 1 year beginning on July 1, by:
(a) Showing that the licensee has fulfilled any requirements established by the Board for continuing education;
(b) Paying the annual license fee; and
(c) Submitting all information required to complete the renewal.
3. A licensee who fails to pay the annual license fee or submit all information required to complete the renewal may have the license renewed without an examination within 3 years after the date of expiration by:
(a) Complying with the requirements of subsection 2; and
(b) Paying the lapsed renewal fee in addition to the annual license fee.
