633.571  Examination of medical competency.  Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS, if the Board has reason to believe that the conduct of any osteopathic physician has raised a reasonable question as to his or her competence to practice osteopathic medicine with reasonable skill and safety to patients, the Board may cause a medical competency examination of the physician for purposes of determining his or her fitness to practice osteopathic medicine with reasonable skill and safety to patients.
