624.033  Applicability of chapter: Contract pertaining to federal aid.  If any provision or condition contained in this chapter conflicts with any provision of federal law, or a rule or regulation made under federal law pertaining to federal aid contracts, such provision in conflict with the federal law, rule or regulation does not apply on federal aid contracts to the extent such conflict exists, but all provisions of this chapter with which there is no such conflict do apply to federal aid contracts.

      NRS 624.035  County or municipality may impose additional requirements for contractor’s license.  The provisions of this chapter shall not be construed to prevent the governing body of any county or incorporated city requiring an additional contractor’s license within such political subdivision issued subject to the applicant meeting such additional standards as are reasonable and necessary for the protection of the public in the political subdivision.
