616A.180 “Employee”: Members of county advisory boards to manage wildlife. Members of the county advisory boards to manage wildlife who serve without compensation pursuant to the provisions of NRS 501.285, while engaged in their designated duty as members, shall be deemed for the purpose of chapters 616A to 616D, inclusive, of NRS, employees receiving a wage of $250 per month, and, in the event of injury while performing their designated duty, are entitled to receive the benefits of those chapters upon the boards complying therewith.
