584.647 - Assessments on fluid milk and fluid cream.

584.647  Assessments on fluid milk and fluid cream.  The Commission shall assess each distributor of fluid milk or fluid cream a sum not exceeding one-quarter cent per pound on all fluid milk or fluid cream distributed by the distributor.
