581.030 - Director of State Department of Agriculture ex officio State Sealer of Weights and Measures; enforcement of chapter.

581.030  Director of State Department of Agriculture ex officio State Sealer of Weights and Measures; enforcement of chapter.  The Director of the State Department of Agriculture, as ex officio State Sealer of Weights and Measures, shall enforce the provisions of this chapter.
