561.247 - Establishment and administration of Agricultural Loan Mediation Program; fees for participation.

561.247  Establishment and administration of Agricultural Loan Mediation Program; fees for participation.

      1.  The Department shall adopt regulations necessary to establish an Agricultural Loan Mediation Program that complies with the requirements of 7 U.S.C. § 5101(c) for certification by the Secretary of Agriculture. The Department shall establish fees to be charged by it for participation in the Program. The amount of the fees must be sufficient to cover the costs of administering the Program.

      2.  The Department shall administer the Program established pursuant to subsection 1.
