63.200 - Duty of superintendent to carry out provisions of title 34 of NRS governing education.

63.200  Duty of superintendent to carry out provisions of title 34 of NRS governing education.  The superintendent of a facility shall make arrangements for carrying out the provisions of title 34 of NRS in regard to the facility.
