483.934 - Issuance of license to nonresidents prohibited; exception.

483.934  Issuance of license to nonresidents prohibited; exception.  Except as otherwise provided in NRS 483.936, the Department may not issue a commercial driver’s license to a person unless the person is a resident of this State.
