463.466 Application for license to include social security number of applicant. [Effective until the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.] The application of a natural person who applies for the issuance of a license issued pursuant to NRS 463.430 to 463.480, inclusive, must include the social security number of the applicant.

NRS 463.480 Penalty. A person, firm, association or corporation, or any of their officers or agents, who violates any of the provisions of NRS 463.430 to 463.460, inclusive, is guilty of a category C felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
