451.460 Recipient of body received from Committee required to give bond; approval, amount and conditions of bond. The Committee shall not distribute a body delivered to it pursuant to the provisions of NRS 451.350 to 451.470, inclusive, to a university, school, college, teaching hospital or entity pursuant to NRS 451.450 until the university, school, college, teaching hospital or entity submits a bond, in a form approved by the Attorney General, to the Committee. Such bond must be in the penal sum of $1,000 conditioned that all such bodies received by such university, school, college, teaching hospital or entity must be used for no other purpose than the promotion of medical science within this State.

NRS 451.470 Disposal of remains after use. At any time any body, or part of any body accepted by the Committee, has been used and deemed of no further value to medical or dental science, the person having charge of such body or parts of such body shall dispose of the remains by cremation or as otherwise specified under prior mutually agreed special conditions of acceptance.
