442.620 - Rapid test for the human immunodeficiency virus” and “rapid test” defined.

442.620  “Rapid test for the human immunodeficiency virus” and “rapid test” defined.  “Rapid test for the human immunodeficiency virus” or “rapid test” means a test that:

      1.  Is used to detect the presence of antibodies to the human immunodeficiency virus; and

      2.  Provides a result in 30 minutes or less.
