441A.690 - Fees and mileage for witnesses.

441A.690  Fees and mileage for witnesses.  Witnesses subpoenaed under the provisions of NRS 441A.500 to 441A.720, inclusive, shall be paid the same fees and mileage as are paid to witnesses in the courts of the State of Nevada.
