439.070 - State Board of Health: Secretary; Executive Officer.

439.070  State Board of Health: Secretary; Executive Officer.  The Administrator is the Executive Officer of the State Board of Health and shall act as Secretary of the Board. The Administrator shall not be a member of the Board.
