439.775 - Judicial review of decision to deny request for subsidy.

439.775  Judicial review of decision to deny request for subsidy.  Any person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Department denying a request for a subsidy submitted pursuant to NRS 439.755 is entitled to judicial review thereof.
