389.530 - Council to Establish Academic Standards: Duty of Department to provide support; assistance from other state agencies.

389.530  Council to Establish Academic Standards: Duty of Department to provide support; assistance from other state agencies.

      1.  The Department shall provide:

      (a) Administrative support;

      (b) Equipment; and

      (c) Office space,

Ê as is necessary for the Council to carry out its duties.

      2.  The Council may request assistance from any agency of this state if the assistance is necessary for the Council to carry out its duties.
