366.206 - Special fuel dealer not to collect tax on certain exempt sales.

366.206  Special fuel dealer not to collect tax on certain exempt sales.  A special fuel dealer shall not collect the tax on special fuel from a purchaser who is exempt from the tax on special fuel pursuant to NRS 366.200.
