360.145 - Employees of Department: Evaluation on basis of assessments or collections prohibited.

360.145  Employees of Department: Evaluation on basis of assessments or collections prohibited.  The Department shall not evaluate an employee of the Department on the basis of assessments or collections from taxpayers.
