354.715 - Severe financial emergency: Compliance by local government with requests of Department of Taxation.

354.715  Severe financial emergency: Compliance by local government with requests of Department of Taxation.  If a local government fails to comply with any request made by the Department pursuant to NRS 354.695, the Department may apply to the district court to compel compliance.
