353B.360 - Acceptance and expenditure of money provided by private entities for direct expenses and marketing of Fund.

353B.360  Acceptance and expenditure of money provided by private entities for direct expenses and marketing of Fund.  The State Treasurer may accept and expend on behalf of the Trust Fund money provided by private entities for direct expenses or marketing. Such money is not a part of the Trust Fund.
