350A.154 - Revenue security pledged by allocable local revenues not debt of State.

350A.154  Revenue security pledged by allocable local revenues not debt of State.  A pledge of allocable local revenues for the payment of a revenue security pursuant to the provisions of this chapter does not cause the revenue security to be a debt of the State.
