333.3363 - Preference for bid or proposal submitted by local business owned by veteran with service-connected disability: “Local business” defined.

333.3363  Preference for bid or proposal submitted by local business owned by veteran with service-connected disability: “Local business” defined.  “Local business” means a business that:

      1.  Employs at least one person in this State; and

      2.  Has employed at least one person in this State for not fewer than 2 years.
