286.031 - “Disability retirement allowance” defined.

286.031  “Disability retirement allowance” defined.  “Disability retirement allowance” means monthly payments from the Public Employees’ Retirement Fund or the Police and Firefighters’ Retirement Fund paid to retired employees with disabilities.
